Mental health is like our physical health. Most of us have no problem acknowledging if we have an physical illness or we are physical unhealthy. That’s something if you tell your boss or tell your friend “hey I woke up and my body hurts” like my ankle hurts or my back hurts. Then nobody thinks that weird or like that’s nothing really “wrong” with you, but for some reason when you say “my brain is not feeling right” sometimes people don’t treat you right and that’s something we need to stop. The thing I’ve realised is that if you have a problem with the body maybe you need to take it easy, next level up is maybe see a doctor, next level up you may need to take medication or something like that, but when it comes to mental health, it’s not that easy.
